Before: SNEED, POOLE, and BRUNETTI, Circuit Judges. 1 MEMORANDUM ** 2 Dewson Tony Pandoah, a Washington state prisoner, appeals pro se the district court's dismissal without prejudice of his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 action against prison officials for failure to file a complaint in proper form under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8(a) ("Rule 8(a)"). We review for abuse of discretion a district court's dismissal on grounds that a party failed to comply with a district court order. Ferdik v. Bonzelet, 963 F.2d 1258, 1260 (9th Cir.), cert. denied, 113 S.Ct. 321 (1992). We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1291 , and affirm. 3 Pro se complaints are construed liberally.…
