Sec. 25.25), and one count of Possession of a Non-Narcotic Schedule I Controlled Substance with the Intent To Deliver (9 G.C.A. Sec. 65.50(a)) upon the government's evidence that Viloria provided marijuana to three young boys and performed fellatio on them. Viloria appealed his conviction to the Appellate Division of the United States District Court for the Territory of Guam, which affirmed.
