MEMORANDUM 1 Weiss appeals from the district court's order imposing sanctions pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11 and 28 U.S.C. § 1927 . The district court had jurisdiction over the underlying action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1343 . We have jurisdiction over this timely appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 . We affirm.
