West Capital was served with a summons and a copy of the complaint. 4 West Capital failed to respond to the complaint. Anunciation filed an amended complaint virtually identical to the initial complaint, but adding a cause of action for invasion of privacy. Anunciation served West Capital with a copy of the amended complaint, but not with another summons.…
