NOONAN, Jr., Circuit Judges. 1 MEMORANDUM ** 2 John Nassr appeals the district court's order reinstating the default judgment of civil forfeiture brought by the United States for $1,497,750 in United States currency, obtained in a search of Nassr's residence as proceeds of illegal drug trafficking. Nassr contends that the Double Jeopardy Clause barred the forfeiture due to his prior conviction for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana.
