Each defendant appeals his conviction or sentence or both. We affirm. BACKGROUND 3 Maldonado, Ramon Osuna, Landeros and Nevarez were indicted for conspiracy to distribute marijuana, cocaine and methamphetamine, as well of numerous other drug crimes.
