UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Oscar JIMENEZ, Defendant-Appellant. No. 95-10130. United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Submitted Oct. 7, 1996. * Decided Oct. 11, 1996. Before: BEEZER, KOZINSKI, and KLEINFELD, Circuit Judges. 1 MEMORANDUM ** 2 Oscar Jimenez appeals his conviction by guilty plea and his sentence under the Sentencing Guidelines for conspiracy to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841 (a)(1).
