MEMORANDUM **
Rimas Juozas Kregzde, a native of Lithuania, *120 1 petitions pro se for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming an immigration judge’s denial of his applications for asylum and withholding of deportation under 8 U.S.C. §§ 1158 (a) & 1253(h), and the denial of his application for suspension of deportation under 8 U.S.C. § 1254 (a)(1).
