Alexander ("Alexander") filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition on behalf of Carlos A. Negrete and Patricia L. Negrete d/b/a Hazel Ridge Bicycle Center ("the debtors"). The bankruptcy court later converted the Chapter 11 petition to a Chapter 7 petition and appointed a trustee.
