Currently before the Court is Defendant MBLC Productions Inc. (formerly known as TMZ Productions, Inc.), TMZ.com, EHM Productions, Inc., and Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc.’s (“Defendants”) Motion for Summary Judgment (“Mot. Summ. J.”), Plaintiff Sisyphus Touring, Inc.’s (“Plaintiff’) Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (“Mot. Partial Summ. J.”), Defendants’ Motion Pursuant to Rule 56(d) to Defer Consideration of Plaintiffs Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (“Mot.”), and Defendants’ Motion for Default Judgment Against Third-Party Defendant Naeem Munaf.
