Rogelio Castro appeals the district court’s summary judgment in favor of his

former employers, PPG Industries, Inc.; Sierracin Corporation; and Sierracin/Sylmar

Corporation. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We affirm in part,

dismiss in part, and reverse in part.
