Background Mother’s brief does not provide a full description of the procedural background of this action, and she has not provided a full record to this court of the proceedings before the trial court. Nor are we aided by father, who has not filed a respondent’s brief. Nevertheless, we can discern the following from the record that mother has provided to us.
