Respondent Michael F. Cavanagh (Trustee) is the trustee and one of seven beneficiaries of the Francois and Mary Carmel Cavanagh 1988 Trust (Trust). The deceased grantors of the Trust are Trustee’s parents. Trustee’s brother, Peter J.
