Upon review of the record and appellant’s opening brief, this court hereby summarily affirms the district court’s order denying appellant’s motion for preliminary injunctive relief. See United States v. *794 Hooton, 698 F.2d 857 (9th Cir.1982) (per curiam) (summary affirmance appropriate where result is clear from face of record); see also Gregorio T. v. Wilson, 59 F.3d 1002 , 1004-05 (9th Cir.1995) (denial of preliminary injunctive relief reviewed for abuse of discretion).
