Karama for Defendant and Respondent. -ooOoo- Plaintiff and appellant Joshua Naranjo appeals from a judgment of dismissal entered after the trial court sustained a demurrer to his first amended complaint without leave to amend. Judgment was entered in favor of defendant and respondent Doctors Medical Center of Modesto, Inc. doing business as Emanual Medical Center (Medical Center). We reverse the judgment of dismissal.
