1. The first sentence of the last paragraph on page 2 and carrying over to page 3 beginning “Ulloa was sentenced …” is deleted and replaced with the following sentence:

Ulloa was sentenced to 17 years and six months, consisting of the upper term of five years, six months, for count 1 (attempted manslaughter), plus four years for the gun enhancement (§ 12022.5, subd. (a)), three years for the great bodily injury…
