In 2014, a jury found defendant Fidel Moralez guilty of second degree robbery and assault with a deadly weapon. The trial court found true allegations of prior strike convictions, prior prison terms, and other enhancements, and sentenced defendant to 27 years in state prison. This court affirmed the judgment.
