Solis (“Plaintiff” or “Claimant”) filed a complaint seeking 20 review of the decision by the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying 21 Plaintiff’s application for Social Security Disability Insurance benefits. (Dkt. 1.) The 22 Commissioner filed an Answer on November 13, 2018. (Dkt. 13.) On January 29, 2019, the 23 parties filed a Joint Submission Statement (“JSS”). (Dkt. 18.)
