PROCEEDINGS

Plaintiff1 filed this action on August 23, 2018, seeking review of the Commissioner’s denial 22 of his application for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”). The parties filed Consents to proceed 23 before a Magistrate Judge on September 20, 2018, and October 5, 2018. Pursuant to the Court’s 24 Order, the parties filed a Joint Submission (alternatively “JS”) on May 13, 2019, that addresses 25 their positions concerning the disputed issues in the case.
