I. SUMMARY

18 On July 9, 2019, petitioner Susan Spell, who is proceeding pro se, filed a 19 Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 2241, 2243, 2254 20 and 18 U.S.C. § 22651 (“Petition”), and a supporting declaration. On July 16, 21 2019, petitioner filed a “Memorandum of Points and Authorities in Support of 22 Motion for Judicial Notice of Exhibits, etc.” (“Memo”). On July 30, 2019, 23 petitioner filed a “Notice of Motion and Motion for Judicial Notice, etc.” 24 (“Motion”).
