(See Dkt. 1, Complaint). However, the court notes that there is a problem with the complaint. Specifically, the complaint, which brings a cause of action under California law, (see id. at ¶¶ 65-76), does not set forth the basis of the court’s jurisdiction. (See, generally, id.).
