Agency, Inc. (collectively, “defendants”). (See Dkt. 1, Notice of Removal (“NOR”) at ¶ 2). On February 22, 2019, plaintiff filed the operative first amended complaint (“FAC”) asserting fifteen causes of action against defendants. (See id.at ¶¶ 3-4; Dkt. 1-1 (FAC)).
