19 I. INTRODUCTION In November 2018, the Court presided over a jury trial in this matter that 22 culminated in a special verdict for Defendants. Now pending before the Court is 23 Plaintiff’s Motion for New Trial. (Mot. for New Trial (“Mot.”), ECF No. 199.) For 24 the reasons that follow, Plaintiff’s Motion is GRANTED.1 25 26
