Further, the Court has engaged in a de novo review of those portions of the Report to which Petitioner has raised objections. Petitioner’s request for an extension of time to file objections (ECF No. 33) is denied as moot. Moreover, for the reasons stated below, Petitioner’s objections are overruled.
