On October 27, 2021, Plaintiff Hwan Kim commenced this action against Defendants Regal Asset Group, LLC and Harvard Holdings, LLC. (Complaint (Docket No. 1)). Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m), Plaintiff must have served the Complaint by January 25, 2022. On January 6, 2022, the Court issued a Minute Order Re Prosecution of Certain Cases Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (the “Order”). (Docket No. 13).
