18 For the following reasons, this case is DISMISSED without prejudice. I. BACKGROUND On August 3, 2021, Plaintiff Andrew Kindle (“Plaintiff”), proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis (“IFP”), filed a complaint (“Complaint” or “Compl.”) against AAA Automobile Club of Southern California (“AAA” or “Defendant”) alleging violations of “42 U.S.C. § 1981 and Civil Rights Act Title IV.” Electronic Case Filing Number (“ECF No.”) 1, Compl. at 4.
