I. BACKGROUND
This case concerns a dispute over the terms of an insurance policy. AMCO issued Personal Auto Policy No. PPA 0070833653-1 (“Policy”) to named insureds McGruder and Kiefer, which was in effect from December 15, 2017 to December 15, 2019. See 1 The parties occasionally refer to “Cynthia Kiefer” as opposed to “Cynthia McGruder.” As the parties do not dispute that this is the same individual, the Court will refer to “McGruder” throughout for ease of understanding.
