Defendants Medtronic PLC; Medtronic Vascular, Inc.; Covidien LP, and 22 Covidien Sales LLC (collectively, “Medtronic”) move to dismiss Plaintiff-Relator Dr. 23 Kuo Chao’s Third Amended Complaint.
