I. FINDINGS OF FACT1

A. Larisa Love Kopets 1. Plaintiff and Counterdefendant Larisa Love Kopets was born in Ukraine under the name “Larisa Kopets” and emigrated to the United States in 1996. Dkt. 69-1 at 3 (Stipulated Facts) ¶¶ 2-3. 2. Kopets became a citizen of the United States in June 2001. Id. ¶ 4.
