INTRODUCTION On July 27, 2021, Plaintiff Meghan Downing brought this putative class action 19 lawsuit against Defendant SBE/Katsuya USA, LLC, alleging that its website (the 20 “Website”) violated her rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and 21 California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act (“UCRA”). (Compl., ECF No. 1.) Katsuya now 22 moves for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23 (“Rule”) 12(c). (Mot. J. Pleadings (“Mot.” or “Motion”), ECF No. 27.) For the reasons 24 that follow, the Court GRANTS the Motion.1 25 26
