18 19 Before the Court is Plaintiffs Jerry Guzzetta and Lynn Guzzetta’s Motion to Remand (ECF Nos. 14, 21) and their Request for Judicial Notice (ECF No. 15, 22), as well as Defendant Ford’s Request for Judicial Notice (ECF No. 23). On March 29, 2022, the Court deemed this matter appropriate for resolution without oral argument and vacated the hearing set for March 31, 2022. ECF No. 25; see C.D. CAL. L.R. 7-15.
