Before the Court is its order to show cause why a preliminary injunction should not issue. The Court conducted a hearing on this matter on March 4, 2022. After considering the arguments of all parties at the hearing and reviewing their recent written responses2 and previous filings,3 the Court orders that a preliminary injunction is GRANTED, as set forth herein.
