On April 20, 2022, Plaintiffs JW Seals, Jr., Marie Pace, and Vergie Seals (“Plaintiffs”), filed a Complaint against Defendant ITEX Group, LLC for negligence resulting from numerous hazardous and inhumane conditions at Plaintiffs’ residence in Beaumont, Texas.
