(“Nissan”) for violation of the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and against Defendant Downey Import Cars, Inc. (“Downey”) for negligent repair. Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s Motion to Remand to Los Angeles County Superior Court (“Motion”) [14].
