I. SUMMARY OF PROCEEDINGS On January 20, 2022, Plaintiff Michael Allen Soto (“Plaintiff”), a prisoner proceeding pro se, filed a Complaint alleging violations of his civil rights pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. (Compl., ECF No. 1.) On April 27, 2021, the Court granted Plaintiff’s amended Request to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. (ECF Nos. 8, 9.) Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B) and 28 U.S.C. § 1915A, on May 10, 2021, the Court screened and dismissed the Complaint with leave to amend. (ECF No. 11.)
