Before the Court is an action filed by Plaintiffs Jose Alvarez and Barbara Ramirez (“Plaintiffs”) against Defendants FCA US, LLC (“FCA”) and ARM&J Corporation d/b/a Puente Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (“Puente”). See Ex. A, Compl., ECF No. 1-2. Plaintiffs filed this case in Los Angeles County Superior Court on April 16, 2019. Jd. On March 23, 2022, Plaintiff dismissed Puente as a defendant. Not.
