15 COMPANY, Defendant. 16 I. INTRODUCTION This is an insurance coverage dispute between insureds, Plaintiffs L.A. 19 Terminals, Inc. (“LAT”), and SOCO West, Inc. (“Soco”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), 20 and their insurer, Defendant United National Insurance Company (“Defendant” or 21 “United”). Plaintiffs claim United breached its duty to defend them and provide 22 independent counsel in two environmental contamination lawsuits. (Second Am. 23 Compl. (“SAC”) ¶¶ 55–72, ECF No. 50.)
