I. BACKGROUND
Plaintiff initiated this action in Riverside County Superior Court on March 16, 2022. (See Notice of Removal (“NoR”) (Docket No. 1) ¶ 1). Defendant removed the action to federal court on April 27, 2022. (See id. at 1). In the Complaint, Plaintiff alleges that her claims stem from warranty obligations concerning a vehicle Plaintiff purchased from Defendant. (See NoR at 14– 15).
