(collectively, “Defendants”) alleging: (1) direct and contributory false advertising under 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a)(1)(B); and (2) violations of California Business and Professions Codes §§ 17200 and 17500. Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s Motion for Contempt and Enforcement of Settlement [55] (“Motion”).
