Plaintiff seeks to represent a putative class of similarly-situated employees who are illiterate but were not provided information regarding literacy courses and were subsequently terminated by Defendant. On August 22, 2022, Defendant removed the action to this Court alleging jurisdiction on the grounds of diversity of citizenship.…
