16 I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Kinsley Technology Co. sells disposable surgical facemasks on 19 Amazon.com under its federally registered “SUNCOO” trademark. It sued numerous 20 third-party sellers and Amazon.com, Inc. (“Amazon”) for trademark infringement 21 committed in connection with the sale of counterfeit SUNCOO masks on Amazon’s 22 online marketplace.
