Shawn Dollar v. Goleta Water District

I. INTRODUCTION

On June 1, 2022, plaintiffs Shawn Dollar, John Wayne, Raymundo Barbosa, Vincent Cerda, and Daniel Durbiano filed this action against defendants Goleta Water District (“GWD”), Kathleen Werner in her official capacity as the President of the Goleta Water District Board of Directors (the “Board of Directors”), Farfalla Borah in her official capacity as the Vice President of the Board of Directors, Bill Rosen in his official capacity as a member of the Board of Directors, Lauren Hanson in her official capacity as a member of the Board of Directors, David Matson in his official capacity as the Assistant General Manager of the Goleta Water District, and John McInnes in his official capacity as the General Manager of the Goleta Water District.
