On February 8, 2022, the Court ordered Plaintiff to show cause why the Court should exercise supplemental jurisdiction over his Unruh Act claim. (See “OSC,” Dkt. No. 14.) Plaintiff responded on February 22, 2022. (“OSC Response, Dkt. No. 15.)
