The Petition seeks to challenge the Los Angeles Superior Court criminal judgment in case number BA383777. Petitioner previously challenged this same Superior Court judgment in a prior habeas corpus petition filed in this Court. See Perez v. Ducart, CV 15-8352-VBF(E). On March 18, 2016, this Court entered Judgment in Perez v.
