16 I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Kinsley Technology Co. (“Kinsley”) sued Amazon.com, Inc. (“Amazon”) and numerous third-party sellers for trademark infringement committed in connection with the sale of counterfeit disposable facemasks on Amazon’s online sales platform.
