14 ) Respondent. ) 15 ) 16 PROCEEDINGS On January 14, 2022, Petitioner filed pro se a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus by a Person in State Custody under 28 U.S.C. § 2241, challenging an ongoing criminal prosecution against him. On March 22, 2022, Respondent moved to dismiss the Petition under Younger v. Harris, 401 U.S. 37 (1971), and because its claims had not been exhausted in state court. Petitioner opposed on April 15 and May 31, 2022.
