16 Defendant. 17 18 On January 19, 2023, Defendant Red Rock Secured, LLC moved to set aside 20 entry of default pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 55(c). (Mot. Set Aside 21 Entry Default (“Mot.”), ECF No. 22.) Defendant Red Rock noticed the Motion for a 22 hearing on February 27, 2023, and thus any opposition was due no later than 23 February 6, 2023. See C.D. Cal. L.R. 7-9. In its Motion, Defendant Red Rock 24 indicates that Plaintiff Richard William Myers does not oppose the Motion. (Mot. 4– 25 5.)
