INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Yoni Majano brings this action against Defendants Specialized Loan 20 Servicing, LLC and Bank of New York Mellon arising from Defendants’ allegedly 21 unlawful foreclosure proceedings. (Notice Removal (“NOR”), Ex. A (Compl.), ECF 22 No. 1-1.) Defendants now move to dismiss the Complaint for failure to state a claim 23 pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (“Rule”) 12(b)(6). (Mot. Dismiss Compl. 24 (“Motion” or “Mot.”), ECF No. 10.) For the following reasons, the Court GRANTS 25 Defendants’ Motion.1 26
