On September 9, 2022, the Court granted Plaintiff an extension of time to serve Defendant with the Summons and Complaint, to September 22, 2022. (Docket No. 12). On December 7, 2022, the Court granted Plaintiff’s request for alternate service, permitting Plaintiff to serve Defendant’s statutory agent via both certified mail and publication. (Docket No. 14).
