Defendants. 18 Before the Court is Plaintiffs C.M.P., Johnna Mike-Price, and Durell Mike-Price’s (“Plaintiffs”) motion to remand the case to state court for lack of subject matter jurisdiction (“Motion”). (ECF No. 11 (“Mot.”)). The Court heard oral argument on this matter on April 26, 2023. Having considered the parties’ submissions, the relevant law, the record in this case, and the hearing on the Motion, the Court GRANTS the Motion. I. BACKGROUND A.
